Jaheira is one of the many NPCs present in Baldur’s Gate 3 (BG3) with whom you can interact and even recruit to your party. The main issue with Jaheira is the simple fact that you’re able to’t recruit her immediately after you two meet for the first time. She’s found relatively early in Act 2 when you reach theLast Light Inn.
Do note that no matter which route you take, there will be challenges waiting for you along the way. For example, if you go along with Kar’niss, you’ll automatically get attacked by the Harpers (you can also betray Kar’niss at this point).
Jaheira will be waiting at the Last Light Inn. You’ll also be able to interact and chat with her, but you can’t recruit her directly at the Inn.
How to Recruit Jaheira in Baldur’s Gate 3 (BG3)?
Recruiting Jaheira is one of the most challenging tasks to do, as there are plenty of ways for her to die.
If you have managed to do the steps correctly up to now, you’ll be able to add Jaheira as a temporary companion at the Moonrise Towers. Halfway through the final battle, Ketheric Thorm will escape to the pit. This is where you’ll be able to enlist Jaheira as a full-fledged member in Baldur’s Gate 3 (BG3).
Do note that you can’t saveKetheric Thormno matter what you do in Baldur’s Gate 3 (BG3). Even if you choose to spare him in the second part of the battle, Thorm will throw himself into the pit, ending Act 2.
