Naughty Doghas announced that whenThe Last of Us Part II Remasteredlaunches on PC on April 3—with graphical and performance improvements along with new features—a free update will also be released for thePS5 version.
New Content for The Last of Us Part II Remastered
The No Return mode will receive new content, including the addition of Bill and Marlene as playable characters, each with unique playstyles. Additionally, four new maps based on locations from the game—Overlook, School, Streets, and Nest—will be introduced. This new content will be available on PC and will also come to PS5 players via a free update (patch 2.0.0).
Players will be able to transfer their PlayStation trophies to PC by logging in with the same PSN account. This feature is optional, but those who choose to do so will receive 50 in-game points and an outfit inspired by Intergalactic: The Heretic Prophet, which will also be available for PS5 players in the new patch and can be unlocked with in-game points.

Developed in collaboration with Nixxes Software and Iron Galaxy, the PC version of The Last of Us Part II Remastered is optimized with support for Nvidia DLSS 3, AMD FSR 3.1 and 4, DirectStorage, VSync, uncapped frame rates, and advanced graphics settings for texture quality, shadows, reflections, and more.

The game also supports ultrawide monitors with resolutions up to 48:9 and 4K, as well as full keyboard and mouse customization, controller support—including DualSense with haptic feedback—plus stability improvements and bug fixes.
