One of the first major obstacles in Star Wars Outlaws is the bouncer in Club Tarsus during the Beginnings mission. For whether you should bluff or bribe the bouncer, you’ve come to the right place.

Star Wars Outlaws bouncer: How to Bluff and Bribe

To prepare you for all the choices you make as you play through Star Wars Outlaws, the tutorial mission, called Beginnings, gives you a choice toeither Bluff or Bribe the bouncerin Club Tarsus. There’s no other way forward, so you need to choose one. However, if you don’t havethe best PC graphics settings, it can be hard to push forward.

Luckily, in Star Wars Outlaws, you’re able to’t make the wrong choice. If you choose Bluff and you don’t have what it takes to actually bluff (because it requires specific in-game information collecting first), then the conversation will resort back to your initial choices.

Star Wars Bouncer Choice Bartender

Not making the wrong choice is applicable to basically every decision in Star Wars Outlaws, so don’t think about it too much. The decisions in Star Wars Outlaws arenot as deep or weighted as, say, the decisions in Mass Effect.

Choices that you can’t actually do are locked.Choices that progress the plotgenerally don’t have any consequences one way or another — thechoices that favor or outright choose one Syndicate over anotherdo matter. Luckily, you know when Faction decisions are being made since the game shows you the Faction you are siding with and who you aren’t.

How to Bluff the bouncer in Star Wars Outlaws

The only way to bluff the bouncer is totalk to the bartender. They will reveal to you that the bartender has a precious speeder — you’ll then be able to use that information to Bluff.

I recommend choosing Bluffover Bribe because Bribe costs 100 Credits and Bluff is free. Especially since there are no consequences one way or the other, go with Bluff. You might not have collected 100 Credits earlier in the mission to Bribe anyway, so Bluff is definitely the way to go here.

The principles you learn here about looking around to unlock different dialogue options and the consequences of Syndicate choices over regular progression choices carry forward through Star Wars Outlaws.Take what you’ve learnedand learn another thing:how to claim your DLC bonus content.
