The Pixel 10 series is likely to resemble the Pixel 9 lineup
The Pixel 10’s biggest updates are expected to be in hardware, not design
Leaks and rumors about the Pixel 10 series have been circulating for months, suggesting that the design willclosely resemblelast year’s Pixel 9 lineup. So, if you’re hoping for a dramatic design change for the Pixel 10 series, you’re probably not going to see it this year. The biggest expected change for the Pixel 10 lineup this year is under the hood, with its hardware.
The devices are expected to be powered by Google’s Tensor G5 chipset, which leaks indicate is being manufactured by TSMC using its 3nm process. This marks a departure from past Tensor chipsets, which were produced using Samsung’s 4nm process. The Tensor G5 could provide benefits such as improved thermal management and efficiency over its predecessor. There are also leaks suggesting that the Pixel 10 will include an additional rear camera – specifically,a telephoto lens– which has never been on the base model before, only the Pro.
