Some missions in Modern Warfare 3 are more linearlike Countdown. But for the first time, some levels give you an open world.
For these open-world sections, you can do them in a few ways and in turn, you get pulled in and become creative. The Oligarch falls in this category. The map below can be used as a reference. You’ll have to search the entire map to find the location all while staying out of sight or fighting. But this image below might speed things up a bit.
All weapon locations
In Oligarch, there are about 15 weapons to find and collect. They are as follows:
You can find these weapons in large or small orange boxes. You’ll know you’re near one due to the nearby beeping.

Other items
Finally, you may find these two that will round off the collectibles.
Most of these items will stay unlocked if you find them. So if you die during the mission, you don’t have to find them again. You can swap them in your loadout if you’re planning to change things up.
Armament locations
These are power items that can help you take on the hordes of enemies. The convenient part is that their usually located near weapons and field upgrades. See the image below to get an idea of where to look.
