The combat level of the Black Dragon is227, making it an extremely powerful foe. When attempting to fight one of these creatures, be sure to have any type of Dragonfire protection equipped.

What are Black Dragons?
Black Dragons have been around in Old School RuneScape since 2002, making them one of the first creatures to be as powerful as they are. The creature’s attribute is Draconic and Fiery, a combination not easily dealt with.
Black Dragons are known to be incredibly aggressive. They are not a monster you’re able to just simply pass by when playing the game. A max hit from these creatures can do upwards of50 damage, so be prepared when fighting them.
One upside of facing these creatures, is they are not immune to anything, making poisons something you could use when battling them.
