Palworld knows precisely what we want: a normal Pal and its dark version. We’ve got Blazehowl and Blazehowl Noct, Frostallion and Frostallion Noct. And now, Lyleen and Lyleen Noct.
And, as you might expect, Lyleen Noct is much harder to get than its standard version. But you can bothcatchLyleen Noct andbreedit.
To find Lyleen Noctin in the wild, go toAstral Mountain’s Unthawable Lake waypoint. Once you’re here, you’ll need to find theIceberg Mineshaft.
To get there, once you spawn in, head straight across the lake going northwest, in Lyleen Noct’s direction. Climb the sheer black cliff, and you’ll find some fencing and torches. This is the Iceberg Mineshaft, and it’s how you know you’re at the right place. The precise coordinate is –142, 320.
The first time you arrive, it willlook like the mineshaftis covered in snow. But just walk right through it. The mineshaft will wind inward, and you’ll findLyleen Noct at the bottom.
Lyleen Noct, known as the Empress of the Abyss, is level 49 and has a health pool of 3,997. She’s a pure dark type, making her very weak to Dragon attacks. If you haveJetragon, he’ll absolutely annihilate her. But be wary of Jetragon’s Fire Ball attack, as it causes burn damage that might accidentally kill her. If that does happen, don’t worry. She’llrespawnafter a period, possibly an hour or an in-game day.

How to Breed Lyleen Noct in Palworld
Like many of the rare Pals, Lyleen Noctcan be bred. To do this, you’ll need aBreeding Farm on your base, which can be unlockedat level 19. Then, you’ll need acaketo get your Pals of the opposite gender in the mood.

Not an easy combo! Lyleen can be found onNature Preserve No. 2or bred by combining a Mossanda and Petalia. But Menasting can only be found onNature Preserve No. 3or bred with a Blazamut and Penking.
I highlyrecommend breeding over trying to capture Lyleen Noct’s parentson the Nature Preserve, as they’re decentlyuncommon spawns.
Once you have the two compatible parent Pals, just throw themboth into the Breeding Farm, place thecake in the Farm’s box, and let them go at it. You should start receivingeggs after about 15 to 20 minutes. Then, all you have to do is throw theegg into an Incubatorand wait for it to hatch. The result should be a new Lyleen Noct that will be sent directly to your Palbox.

Lyleen Noct is an excellent Pal to have around in battle thanks to itsPartner Skill, Goddess of the Tranquil Light. This skill will greatly heal the player’s HP, making it a vital resource when up against heavy-hitting enemies. But this Pal’s level 3 suitability in Handiwork can also make it quite useful to help craft things quickly back at your base.
While Lyleen Noct drops the same items as Lyleen, she drops alarger quantity of Beautiful Flower. Additionally, being a Dark Element Type Pal, Lyleen Noct can effectively counter Neutral Pals.
