The expansion adds one new stage called Ode to Castlevania located at the bottom of the stage selection. Players will have tofind the map item in the stagebefore they can get the layout of the castle.

The map can be found justsouthwest of the player’s starting location. There will be a large group of trees with seemingly no entrance. How to Find the First Coffin and Unlock Leon Belmont in Vampire Survivors Ode to Castlevania

With the map in hand, the first coffin can be foundright at the beginning of the castle. Players do not even have to enter the castle to get anything beforehand.

Just walk east from the player’s starting spawn on the dirt path. The coffin will be justslightly north of the entrance to the drawbridge. Simply walk into the coffin to open it. There are no bosses or giant enemies to fight from opening the coffin, so this can be done right at the start of the run with no worries about leveling up.
