God of War Ragnarök finallyreceived a release date. Along with a new cinematic trailer and release date, Sony also previewed the game’s pre-order editions. There are a total of four pre-order editions:Launch Edition,Digital Deluxe Edition,Collector’s Edition, andJötnar Edition. These different pre-order editions and bonuses include features ranging from in-game cosmetics to real game-inspired props. It is important to note that the only pre-order edition that includes a physical copy of the game (at the time of writing) is the Launch Edition.

The Launch Edition is the standard Preorder Edition of the game. This Edition includes downloadable content for the game, with both main characters receiving an armor set.
