It goes without saying that the vast majority of iPhone users resort to using the stockContactsapp that Apple pre-installs from the factory for managing their contact list. Not only is it easy to use, but it integrates more deeply with the rest of iOS than most third-party alternatives from theApp Store.
Unfortunately, being a pre-installed app typically means that Contacts is somewhat barebones. Apple does this intentionally to make the iPhone easier to use, but if you demand more out of your Contacts app as so many people do, then a newjailbreak tweakcalledContacts Extendedby iOS developer0xkujmight be of interest to you.

The name of the tweak says it all. Contacts Extender is an extension for the Contacts app that lets users do more with their contact list, whether they’re in the standalone Contacts app or the dedicated tab in the Phone app.
As depicted in the screenshot examples above, Contacts Extender makes it possible for users to communicate with contact list entries in more ways, includingSMS(directly from the Contacts interface),Telegram, andWhatsApp. These options can be revealed by swiping to the left on a specific contact in the contact list or via the full contact card.

Furthermore, Contacts Extended enables the hidden “Delete All” option in the Contacts app and the “Edit” option so that users can batch select and then delete multiple contacts in one fell swoop.
Once installed, Contacts Extended adds a dedicated preference pane to the Settings app where users can configure the tweak to their heart’s content:
Options here include:
As noted by the developer in the tweak’s depiction, users must enter their country prefix for the tweak to function. We especially like that users can enable or disable support for the individual app shortcuts in the swipe menu, as not everyone uses all three of the supported messaging apps on their device(s). Still, it’s nice that the option is there, along with the batch select/delete capabilities.
If you’re interested in giving the new Contacts Extended tweak a try, then you canpurchase it for $1.49 from the Havoc repositoryvia any of the major package manager apps. The tweak supportsjailbrokeniOS 12, 13, and 14 devices and works alongside some other popular add-ons.
