The concept of analways-on displaycertainly isn’t new to the smartphone space, but it’s something that Apple has yet to offer for its iPhone lineup despite adopting truly jaw-dropping OLED displays starting with the iPhone X in 2018.
For jailbreakers, an always-on display has always been achievable thanks to populartweakslikeAOD,Glow, andTritium, but with many of these releases demanding money out of users’ wallets, some have been reluctant to try them.

Once installed, Déjà Vu adds a dedicated preference pane to the Settings app where users can easily configure the tweak however they see fit:
The primary preference pane offers a means of toggling Déjà Vu on or off on demand in addition to accessing a tree of other options including aesthetic configuration and behavioral settings.
Users may also take advantage of a convenient option to reset all their settings to their defaults and respring their handset to save any changes they’ve made.
